There will always be a little delay between headphones and Bluetooth devices due to the limitations of Bluetooth technology. Usually, it’s unnoticeable and won’t affect your listening experience. Noticeable delays may be due to the headphones, the connected device, the audio source, the app, or the network. 

Follow these steps to help you address the audio delay between Space Q45 and your Bluetooth device.

1. Make sure the Bluetooth device and your Space Q45 headphones are within Bluetooth range, and there is no signal interference between them.

2. Forget the soundcore Space Q45 from your device's Bluetooth history and restart your Bluetooth device.

3. Reset Space Q45 headphones

Make sure your headphones have enough battery and then reset Space Q45 by holding the power button and Volume+ for 5 seconds.
 

Reconnect your headphones to your device to see if the issue has been resolved.

4. Test your headphones with a different Bluetooth device, apps, and downloaded content.

If the tips above don’t resolve your issue, test the headphones with other devices, apps, and downloaded content. 
 

If you don’t encounter this issue after testing, it means there is no problem with your Space Q45 headphones. Since the issue might be caused by your Bluetooth device, specific apps, or your network, ensure there are no objects obstructing the connection between Space Q45 and the device they're connected to (such as a doorway or walls).
