This article will help you fix any connection issues you may have with soundcore Space Q45 headphones. 

If Space Q45 fails to pair with your devices and has issues such as failing to reconnect with your device, or your phone cannot detect Space Q45 on the Bluetooth list, then these tips should help you resolve these issues.

1. For your Bluetooth device (phone/tablet/etc.)

Restart the Bluetooth device first, forget all the pairing records, and turn off Bluetooth.

2. Reset Space Q45

Hold the Power and Volume+ buttons down for 5 seconds to reset Space Q45. The indicator will flash red 3 times, which means that the reset was successful. If the indicator doesn't do this, try resetting it again.

3. Pair the headphones to your device

Turn on your device’s Bluetooth, search for soundcore Space Q45, and pair. 

4. Test your Space Q45 with a different Bluetooth device

Try connecting the headphones to another device to see if the issue still persists.
