If you are experiencing these problems:
- The earbuds won't pair.
- Sound only comes from one earbud.
- One earbud won't connect to the other or to a device.
- No audio playback after connecting to my device.
- The earbuds won't automatically connect to my device when removed from the charging case.
You can refer to the steps in this article to solve your problem.
1. Reboot your Bluetooth device. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and remove all previous pairing records.
2. Fully charge your earbuds and reset them by following these steps:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- Press the button on the right side of the case for 10 seconds. The Bluetooth icon and the L and R battery level indicators on the case display will blink three times, indicating a successful reset.
To ensure a successful reset, make sure both earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and confirm that the battery status is shown to verify a proper connection.
3. Turn Bluetooth back on on your device and select "soundcore P41i" to pair.
4. Try pairing with another device (e.g., phone, tablet) to see if the issue persists.
If there's a prompt to confirm pairing, select "Pair." If you accidentally select "Cancel," turn Bluetooth on and off on your device, and try again.
