To check the battery level of soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds, you can follow these steps:

Open the charging case, the three lights in the charging case will blink:

- When the three LED's are not on, the charging case is out of battery.

- When the first LED blinks for 5 seconds and then turns off, the case is at less than 5%. 

- When the first LED stays on for 5 seconds, the case is at 5%-20%.

- When the first and second LED's stay on for 5 seconds, the case is at 20%-60%.

- When three LED's stay on for 5 seconds, the case is at 60-100% battery.

Note: 

1. The order is from left to right.

2. When the battery level of the charging case is less than 5%, it will not charge the earbuds.

How do I know the status of the charging case when it is charging? 

- When the first LED flashes slowly, the 4-second cycle flashes and the charging case is at 0%~20%.

- When the first LED is on, the second LED blinks slowly in a 4-second cycle, then the charging case is at 20%~60%.

- When the first and second LEDs are on, the third LED flashes slowly in a 4-second cycle, then the charging case is at 60%~100%.

- When the charging case is fully charged, the three LEDs will light up for 5 minutes and then turn off.

Note: the order is from left to right.

How do I make sure that the earbuds enter the charging state after putting them into the charging case?

1. Place the left earbud into the charging case. The indicator light on the left side of the charging case will light up for 3 seconds and then go out.

2. Place the right earbud into the charging case. The indicator light on the right side of the charging case will light up for 3 seconds and then go out.

(If the indicator light of the charging case does not light up, it means that the charging contact parts of the earbuds and the charging case are not in good contact.)
