1. Check the L/R marks on the back of the earbuds to ensure the left and right earbuds are worn on the corresponding sides.

2. Try different sizes of ear wings/ear tips to ensure a snug fit and tight seal. If one size doesn't fit well, try different sizes for each ear (e.g., M tip on the left, L tip on the right).

3. Place the earbuds in your ears and twist until they feel secure.

4. To check if you're wearing the earbuds optimally, run the Fit Test in the soundcore app (App > Earbud Home > More Settings (top right) > Fit Test). A poor fit will affect ANC performance.
