Clean your earbuds regularly to remove any dust or earwax.

1. Use a cotton swab lightly dampened with alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the ear tip.

2. Use the same method to clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the charging case.

Note:

1. Do not use alcohol, water, or other liquids to clean the memory foam ear tips.

2. Memory foam ear tips are consumables and should be replaced periodically.

3. If the foam tips become damp from sweat or accidental water exposure, gently blot the moisture with a paper towel and allow them to air dry in a cool, shaded place.

4. Avoid using hair dryers or other heat sources to dry the ear tips, as high temperatures can lead to deformation.
