Why is there noise when the phone is playing through an AUX connection while also being charged via the speaker
When your phone is being charged by the speaker, and the phone is connected to the speaker via AUX, this may cause ground loop noise. If this is an issue, we suggest you avoid charging while using the speaker for music playback.
