Why does the Bluetooth connection of the Boom 2 keep disconnecting?

If you encounter the problem that the Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting when using Boom 2, you can refer to the following article:

 

1. This could be caused by auotomatic shutdown. soundcore Boom 2 will turn off automatically when there is no audio input for 20 minutes. You can customize the shutdown time in the app.

 

2. Bluetooth signal may be affected by obstacles, such as walls, pillars, household appliances, Wi-Fi router, etc. In order to ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstacles and using the speaker at a close distance to the connected device.

 

3. Try resetting the speaker. To reset, press and hold the Bluetooth and “Volume +" buttons at the same time for 5-10 seconds. You'll hear a beep when the speaker has reset succesfully.

 

4. If you are connected to a PC device, we recommend that you try to connect to other devices, PC devices are limited by the ability of the Bluetooth module may cause disconnection, slight lagging problems.
