What's in the box?

Why can't I find Glow Mini in the soundcore app?

Glow Mini is expected to be added to the soundcore app at the end of September. You can try to download the soundcore app to use it for this speaker after that time.

How long does it take to charge Glow Mini?

It takes around 3 hours to charge with a certified 5V/1A wall charger.

Can Glow Mini be used plugged in without relying on the battery?

The power supply won't bypass the battery. It operates in charge-and-play mode when connected to power.

Can the battery of Glow Mini be replaced?

No.

How does the charging indicator light work?

Power On = Solid White

Power Off = Off

Battery Low (<10%) = Flashing Red (5s)

Charging = Solid Red

Fully Charged = Solid White

What Bluetooth version and Bluetooth decoding method does Glow Mini support?

soundcore Glow Mini supports Bluetooth 5.3 and SBC Bluetooth decoding.

How can I reset it?

Turn on the speaker, then hold the Bluetooth and Volume+ buttons down at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Glow Mini restarts.

Will Glow Mini automatically turn off after I stop using it for a while?

Yes, it will automatically turn-off after 20 minutes of inactivity. You can adjust this setting according to your preference using the soundcore app.

Does Glow Mini have a microphone?

Yes. The microphone is located on the right side of the indicator light.

Is it waterproof and dustproof?

Yes, soundcore Glow Mini has an IPX7 waterproof rating, and it can float on water.

What is the playback time of Glow Mini?

The playtime of Glow Mini varies depending on how it is being used.

1. With the light and BassUp functions turned off, and the volume set at 50%, the estimated playback time is 12 hours.

Can it charge my phone?

No, Glow Mini does not have the ability to charge other devices.

How can I adjust the Glow Mini?

You can use the soundcore app to adjust the EQ.

How do I update the firmware of Glow Mini?

1. Open the soundcore app and make sure your Glow Mini is connected to your phone.

2. Choose Glow Mini in the application.

3. Go to Settings > Update Firmware.

How can I change the color of the light?

Changing the light color on the speaker is simple. You have two options:

1. Press the sun-shaped button located on the speaker to cycle through different light colors.

2. Alternatively, you can use the soundcore app to customize and change the light color.

Is the speaker light synchronized with the music?

Yes, it will follow the tempo of the song you play and synchronize with it.

How can I turn off the light on Glow Mini?

You have two convenient options to turn off the light on the speaker:

1. Long press the sun-shaped button on the speaker for approximately 1-2 seconds.

2. Alternatively, you can use the soundcore app to turn the light off.

Will turning on the light shorten the playback time?

Yes. The approximate maximum playback time is around 12 hours with the light off, and around 6 hours with the light on.

How can I connect Glow Mini to my laptop?

MacBook:

1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Glow Mini' in the list of available devices.

2. Connect Glow Mini to your MacBook.

3. Open 'Sound' to confirm that the Glow Mini is the default for all sound. If it is not the default, change the settings.

Windows Laptops:

1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Glow Mini' in the list of available devices.

2. Connect Glow Mini to your laptop.

3. Open 'Sound' to confirm that Glow Mini is the default for all sound.

How can I use the TWS (True Wireless Stereo) function?

Just follow these steps:

1. Ensure that one of your soundcore Glow Mini speakers is already connected to your device.

2. Turn on the second soundcore Glow Mini.

3. Press and hold the Bluetooth buttons on both speakers simultaneously for approximately 2 seconds.

You'll hear a distinct prompt sound, indicating that the speakers are now paired in True Wireless Stereo mode. You can start playing your music and enjoy an immersive stereo sound experience.

How can I use the PartyCast function?

(1) For products of the same model or within the same brand that support PartyCast 2.0, simply press the PartyCast button to enable/disable the PartyCast linking feature

(2) For older models that only support PartyCast 1.0 (referred to as ""older models""):

a. Using Glow Mini as the host and older models as clients:

- Keep Glow Mini connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

- Press the PartyCast button briefly to initiate PartyCast grouping, and double-press to switch to PartyCast 1.0 mode.

- Ensure that the older models are not connected to any phones.

- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the older model to enter PartyCast grouping mode. The Bluetooth LED will slowly blink white.

- Double-press the Bluetooth button again to enter PartyCast client pairing mode. The Bluetooth LED will blink white rapidly.

- PartyCast will finish grouping within 5 seconds.

b. Using an older model as the host and Glow Mini as the client:

- Keep the older model connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the older model to enter PartyCast grouping mode. The Bluetooth LED will blink white slowly.

- Ensure that Glow Mini is not connected to any phones.
