1. The battery level of the charging case is only updated in real time when the earbuds are placed back inside the case. If the earbuds have been outside the case for a while, the displayed battery level on the case will not change.

2. To check the current battery level of the charging case, place the earbuds back into the case and open the app. The value displayed will reflect the most up-to-date status.
