Why is soundcore Liberty 5 Pro wear detection not working?

1. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the wear detection sensors on the earbuds.

2. Check that wear detection is enabled in the app (this is enabled by default).

3. Place the earbuds in the case, close the lid, then take them out again to reset the sensor.

4. If the issue persists, try resetting the earbuds.
