Why is soundcore Liberty 5 Pro's Easy Chat not working?
1. Ensure that Easy Chat is enabled in the app or on the charging case.
2. Confirm you are wearing both earbuds and that they are in ANC mode.
3. Try increasing the volume and toggle the Easy Chat switch off and on again.
4. Place the earbuds in the case, reopen the lid, test Easy Chat again.
