Why doesn't adjusting the volume on my phone change the volume consistently on my soundcore C50i?

Please check the settings based on your device type.

Android devices: Go to Settings > Bluetooth > soundcore C50i details > enable "Sync Bluetooth device volume with phone."

iOS devices: Check if the "Reduce treble" feature is enabled, as this limits the maximum volume of your earbuds.

PC: Try adjusting the volume on either your computer or earbuds to maximum, then adjust the desired volume on the other device.
