Remove the earbuds from the charging case and simultaneously press and hold the L and R buttons for 6 seconds until the earbuds power off. Then, press and hold the L and R buttons again for 10 seconds to complete the reset.

Note: The product must be powered off before resetting. In other words, you'll need to press and hold the L and R buttons twice; once for 6 times to power off, then for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
