1. Check the fit: Try different sizes of ear tips or ear wings. Your left and right ears may need different sizes to get a proper seal.

2. Run the fit test: After adjusting, use the Fit Test in the app to make sure the seal is normal on both earbuds.

3. Reconnect the earbuds: Place them in the case, close the lid. After the earbuds are disconnected, reopen the case and wear the earbuds again.

4. Reset if needed: If the issue continues, try resetting the earbuds and test again.
