When my soundcore C50i is connected, incoming calls ring on both my phone and earbuds. How do I fix this?

1. This is determined by your phone's settings and cannot be changed via the earbuds.

2. Some phones default to playing ringtones from the external speaker to ensure you do not miss important calls.

3. If the ringtone playing from your phone is bothersome, try switching to Silent or Vibrate mode. Alternatively, adjust settings under "Ringtone Device" or "Bluetooth Headset Ringtone" (or any equivalent).

4. Compatibility issues may arise across different mobile operating systems. If changing your phone settings does not fix the issue, please provide your phone model and OS version. We will take this into account as we work to optimize the product.
