What should I do when audio doesn't play from my soundcore C50i earbuds after I answer a call on my phone?

For iOS devices

If you answer a call using the button on the earbuds, the phone will select the earbuds as the output device. If you answer the call on your phone, the phone will select the speaker as the output device. To set the output to the earbuds by default, go to Accessibility > Touch > Audio Call Mode > Select "Bluetooth earbuds."

For Android devices

Check Bluetooth Settings > soundcore C50i > Enable "Call Audio."
