1. Check if the earbuds' speakers are blocked; if so, try cleaning them.
2. Try adjusting their position in your ear.
3. If the issue still persists, use the "Volume Balance" feature in the app and make adjustments.
4. If none of the above methods resolve the issue, try resetting your earbuds by doing the following:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Hold the button on the case for more than 10 seconds. After 3 seconds, the case indicator light will start flashing white. After 10 seconds, the case indicator light will quickly flash white three times, indicating a successful reset.
