1. On your phone's call interface, set the audio output to the earbuds.

2. For iPhone users, sound will output from your phone if you answer the call on your phone. For sound output from your earbuds instead, double-tap them to answer an incoming call.

Note: Some apps may default to phone audio output. Please set the earbuds as the output device on your mobile device for use during calls.
