What should I do if the volume on my soundcore C50i is too low?

1. Check the angle of the earbuds and position them close to your ear canal.

2. Check the fit and orientation. Make sure the earbuds are not worn backwards or swapped (left/right reversed).

3. Inspect the earbuds' sound outlet for blockage. Clean it and try again.

4. Select "Volume Booster" (EQ effect) in the app and try again.

5. Note that soundcore C50i are open-back earbuds and do not support noise cancellation. If you use them outdoors in noisy conditions, the sound may seem quieter because the product itself cannot filter out ambient sound. We recommend trying them in different environments.
