1. Check that the earbuds are not worn backwards. The earbud buttons should be positioned behind your ears.
2. Adjust the earbuds so the sound outlet is positioned lower and closer to your ear canal. Misalignment between the left and right earbud speaker holes may cause volume differences.
3. On your phone, verify that the volume balance is set to default. If you have hearing differences between ears, please adjust the volume balance.
4. Check the earbuds' mic for dirt or blockage (the mic is located near the connection between the battery compartment and the C bridge). Clean it and test the earbuds.
5. Reset the earbuds. To reset:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case and simultaneously press and hold the L and R buttons for 6 seconds until the earbuds power off.
- Press and hold the L and R buttons again for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: The product must be powered off before resetting. In other words, you'll need to press and hold the L and R buttons twice; once for 6 seconds to power off, then for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
