1. Please confirm you have selected the appropriate ear tips. You can enhance noise isolation by pairing different ear tips with different ear wings. If you feel the noise reduction effect is inadequate, try different ear wings and ear tips, or consider switching to foam ear tips.
2. Please verify that the ear tips are installed correctly, as shown in the image below.
3. Follow the instructions to properly wear the earbuds, and ensure ANC is turned on.
