1. Ensure the charging port on the charging case and the charging cable terminals are clean and free of foreign objects.
2. Replace the charging cable. We recommend using the original cable included in the package, but if you are already using the original cable, try a different one.
3. Make sure the adapter provides sufficient current. Check the input charging current indicated on the charging case and ensure the adapter's output current exceeds the input current indicated on the charging case.
