This does not necessarily mean the earbuds are faulty. It is often related to the device or environment. Bluetooth signals can be affected by walls, appliances, Wi-Fi, and other interference sources.
To resolve this issue, try the following:
1. If using a single earbud, ensure the other is in the case with the lid closed.
2. Turn off LDAC in the soundcore app.
To do so, go to: App Home > Settings > Sound Mode > Select "Balanced Sound Quality and Connection Stability."
3. Turn off Multipoint Connection in the soundcore app and test with a single connected device.
To do so, go to: App Home > Settings > Multi-Device Connection > Turn off.
4. Move away from areas with strong interference (e.g., airports, train stations, or dense Wi-Fi environments).
5. Try connecting the earbuds to another device to see if the issue improves.
6. If none of the above helps, reset the earbuds (see FAQ: "How do I reset soundcore Liberty 5 Pro?")
