What should I do if soundcore C50i cannot connect to the app?

1. When using dual connections, the app can only access the earbuds on one device at a time. If the app is open on both devices, delete/force stop the soundcore app from running in the background on the other device and try again.

2. iOS devices do not support opening the app during an active call. End the call, then try opening the app again.

3. Uninstall the current version of the app, then reinstall the latest version. Do not install over the existing version.
