1. Adjust the EQ in the soundcore app to improve sound quality.

2. Check if there are quality issues with the song/video being played. Try using a different audio source.

3. Ensure a stable network connection when streaming audio or video, as poor network conditions can affect playback quality.

4. On Android devices that support LDAC, switch to the LDAC codec to enhance sound quality.

5. If the earbuds are connected to a phone during a call, music quality may deteriorate because audio transmitted via HFP is lower quality.

6. On macOS computers, opening the system's sound input settings will cause audio to transmit via the voice channel, reducing music quality. Please disable this setting. On Windows, make sure the sound output is set as soundcore C50i.
