What should I do if my soundcore C50i won't connect or charge when it's in the case?
1. Check the charging case's pogo pins for any that are recessed. If so, apply a small drop of alcohol (do not use too much) and gently lift the pins using tweezers, a toothpick, or another tool. Once the pins pop out, immediately wipe off the alcohol and see if the issue persists.
2. Check the earbuds' charging contacts or the charging case's pogo pins for dirt. If so, clean them with alcohol and a cotton swab.
3. Check the charging case's battery level to determine if the earbuds are completely drained. Charge the case for a while and see if the issue persists.
