1. Try reducing the distance between the earbuds and your device, and avoid having walls or other barriers between them.
2. LDAC has poor anti-interference capabilities and is more prone to freezing. Please try using a different codec.
3. Poor network speed or nearby devices (microwave, router) can affect performance. Switch networks or move to a less congested environment.
4. Make sure both the earbuds and your device have the latest firmware and system updates.
5. In crowded environments (such as waiting rooms at rail stations), signal interference and excessive frequency band capacity may cause lag or disconnection. This is normal.
6. If wearing only one earbud while the other is elsewhere, excessive distance can cause lag or disconnection. If using a single earbud, keep the other in the charging case.
