If you encounter the following issues:

1.The earbuds don't recharge in the charging case.
2.The earbuds keep connecting to the device even after being put back in the charging case with the lid closed.
3.The earbuds don't turn on when taken out of the charging case.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure the charging case has sufficient battery.

2. Ensure proper contact between the earbuds and charging case. To do so, place both earbuds in the case and verify the charging icon appears on the case screen.

3. If the earbuds and charging case don't connect normally, use a cotton swab dampened with a small amount of alcohol to clean the earbuds and case charging pins for better contact.

If your earbuds have not been used for an extended period, please charge them for at least 2 hours and see if it helps.
