1. Ensure the issue isn't with the audio source itself. Use your phone's speaker to check for noise.
2. If you experience noise while on a call, try speaking to a different person to confirm the cause.
3. Try changing to a different environment to ensure it's not the cause.
4. Reset the earbuds. To reset:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case and simultaneously press and hold the L and R buttons for 6 seconds until the earbuds power off.
- Press and hold the L and R buttons again for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: The product must be powered off before resetting. In other words, you'll need to press and hold the L and R buttons twice; once for 6 seconds to power off, then for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
