What should I do if I don't hear a ringtone on my soundcore C50i earbuds when a call comes in?

1. Ensure your phone is not muted.

2. Check app permissions if using a third-party app for calls. Some apps may not trigger a ringtone on either the phone or earbuds if the app interface is closed during an incoming call.

For iPhones

When Attention Aware Features is enabled, the ringtone volume on both your phone and earbuds automatically decreases when you pick up the phone or when Face ID detects your face. In this situation, the ringtone may not ring. To disable this feature: Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Turn off "Attention Aware Features."
