1. Check if the earbuds have sufficient battery power. If low, charge them before trying again.
2. Verify the connection status between the earbuds and your device. Ensure they are properly connected.
3. Review your device's audio output settings. Switch the output to "soundcore C50i."
4. Check the earbuds' dual-connection status. Disable dual connection and try again.
5. Check if the earphone sound ports are blocked. Clean them and try again.
6. Reset the earbuds. To reset:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case and simultaneously press and hold the L and R buttons for 6 seconds until the earbuds power off.
- Press and hold the L and R buttons again for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: The product must be powered off before resetting. In other words, you'll need to press and hold the L and R buttons twice; once for 6 seconds to power off, then for 10 seconds to complete the reset.
