Wired charging:

1. Make sure the charging environment is within the recommended temperature range of 0°C to 45°C. Extreme temperatures can prevent charging.

2. Try using a different charging cable and adapter to rule out any issues with the accessories. 

3. Use a 5V/1A charger for charging. Higher output power may damage the earbuds.

Wireless charging:

1. Ensure you are using a standard Qi-compatible wireless charger.

Note: Smartwatch chargers are not supported and will not charge the case.
