1. Try giving voice commands in a quiet environment.

2. Test Voice Control with a simple command, such as switching the earbuds' ambient sound, to check whether it is working properly.

3. Compatibility with apps: Some third-party audio/video apps do not support earbud control for track switching or play/pause via the earbuds.  In these cases, Voice Control will also not work for those functions. You can try using earbud touch controls to verify if they work.
