1. Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the charging case. Check that the ear wings are correctly in place and that nothing is blocking the charging pins.

2. Clean the charging pins on the earbuds and in the charging case.

3. If the charging case battery is below 5%, it may stop charging the earbuds. Try recharging the case first, then place the earbuds back inside.
