- Power on, then hold the Source Input Button and Volume+ button simultaneously for more than 8 seconds to reset.

4. Where is the serial number?

5. Can my TV remote control the Infini 2 Soundbar?

- Yes, you can control this soundbar using a TV remote as long as your TV supports HDMI-CEC.

6. Can Infini 2 Soundbar connect to the TV wirelessly via Bluetooth?

- Yes, you can connect the soundbar to your TV via Bluetooth.

7. Will this work with an iPod that has Bluetooth?

- Yes, it will.

8. How do I connect Infini 2 Soundbar to TV using Bluetooth?

- Step 1: Turn on the soundbar

  Step 2: Press the Bluetooth button on the remote control to enter pairing mode

  Step 3: Set the TV audio source to Bluetooth mode (find in Settings > Audio)

  Step 4: Set the Digital output audio to PCM. (Note that the soundbar cannot output sound if you choose Dolby or DTS)

9. What should I do if the Infini 2 Soundbar has no sound?

- Step 1: Turn on the soundbar, then connect it to your TV via AUX or Optical

  Step 2: Tap the source button to enter AUX (green indicator) or Optical (yellow indicator)

  Step 3: Set the TV audio source to AUX or Optical mode (find in Settings > Audio)

  Step 4: Set the Digital output audio to PCM. (Note that the soundbar cannot output sound if you choose Dolby or DTS)

13. Can Infini 2 Soundbar decode Dolby Digital 5.1?

- No. If you play with Dolby Digital 5.1's audio format, it will translate PCM to output.

14. Is there an external compatible subwoofer?

- A subwoofer speaker is built into the system. You cannot add an external subwoofer.

15. Will Infini 2 Soundbar automatically turn off?

- The soundbar will automatically switch to standby mode when no audio input is received for over 20 minutes. The soundbar will wake up from standby mode when any button is pressed or source input is received.

16. How long is the delay in Bluetooth mode?

- Normally, there is around 200ms delay when connecting via Bluetooth. All SBC coded Bluetooth speakers will have the same delay issue. That is why our soundbar supports AUX / HDMI / Optical mode for better sound experience while Bluetooth mode can be used to listen to music.
