If you're having trouble pairing your soundcore Sport X20 earbuds. The good news is that there are some steps you can take to fix the problem. In this article, we'll walk you through some of the most effective ways to resolve soundcore Sport X20 earbuds pairing issues.
1) Earbuds not pairing.
2) Sound only coming from one earbud.
3) One side not pairing with the other side of the device.
4) Lack of audio playback after connecting to my device.
5) Failure to automatically connect with my device upon removal from the charging case.
To fix those issues mentioned above, please try the following troubleshooting:
1. Make sure the protective film below the earbud has been removed.
2. Reboot the Bluetooth device (e.g., phone or computer). Forget all the previous pairing records on your device and disable Bluetooth.
3. Fully charge your earbuds and reset the earbuds as per the steps below:
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the case open.
- Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED strip flashes white rapidly three times. This confirms that the reset is successful.
When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the charging case, or it may cause the reset to fail. To ensure a successful reset, when returning the earbuds to the charging case, make sure that you carefully align the charging contactors between the earbuds and the charging case. If either earbud is successfully placed back into the case, the LED strip will light up white and then go off.
4. Turn on Bluetooth and search for soundcore Sport X20 and pair.
5. Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "soundcore Sport X20," please select "pair". If you accidentally select "cancel" you need to refresh (turn off and turn on) the Bluetooth of your device and pair the earbuds again.
