If you're having trouble pairing your soundcore K20i earbuds. The good news is that there are some steps you can take to fix the problem. In this article, we'll walk you through some of the most effective ways to resolve soundcore K20i earbuds pairing issues.
1) Earbuds not pairing.
2) Sound only coming from one earbud.
3) One side not pairing with the other side of the device.
4) Lack of audio playback after connecting to my device.
5) Failure to automatically connect with my device upon removal from the charging case.
To fix those issues mentioned above, please try the following troubleshooting:
1. Ensure that the protective film covering the connectors on the earbuds has been removed.
2. Put both earbuds in the charging case and take them out again to confirm whether the problem is solved.
3. Reboot the Bluetooth device (e.g., phone or computer). Forget all the previous pairing records on your device and disable Bluetooth.
- Make sure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds by following the steps below:
- Put the earbuds into the charging case and then take them out. Make sure that the earbuds are connected to the charging case. If you place the left and right earbuds in the charging case and the LED indicators on the charging case light up for 4 seconds and then go off, it means they are connected properly.
- Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, tap and hold the touch area--top of the earbud stem on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and search for soundcore K20i and pair.
5. Please try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.
If there is a pop-up window to confirm pairing for "soundcore K20i," please select "pair" If you accidentally select "cancel" you need to refresh (turn off and turn on) the Bluetooth of your device and pair the earbuds again.
