If you're experiencing low volume during calls while using your Q11i headphones, there are a few solutions that can help you fix it. In this article, we'll explore some troubleshooting tips  that can help you boost the call volume on your Q11i headphones.  

1. Check whether you are wearing the headphones correctly.

2. Check whether the left and right sides are reversed, because the call MIC is on the right front of the headphones, if the headphones are on incorrectly the MIC position will be on the left rear which will affect the call volume.

3. Reset your headphones per the instructions

With the headphones powered on, press the volume up and multi-function buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds until the LED slowly flashes red three times.
