Specific cleaning operation steps:

1. Prepare these items: alcohol, a cleaning brush (or a hard-bristle toothbrush), tissue, and a small bowl or cup to hold the alcohol.

2. Pour a small amount of alcohol into the bowl or cup, then dip the brush into it.

3. Gently scrub the meshes up and down with the brush for about 15 seconds.

4. Wipe the meshes with tissue.

5. Repeat steps 2–4 two more times.

6. If there is no obvious dirt or blockage, let the earbuds sit for approximately 2 minutes. Then, connect them to your phone and play music to check if the sound has improved. If the issue persists, repeat the cleaning process or contact customer service.
