1. Ensure the earbuds are not worn backwards and that the buttons are positioned behind your ears.
2. Adjust the fit so that the sound outlet is positioned lower and closer to your ear canal. If the outlet is too far away, both sound quality and microphone pickup may be affected.
3. Check for dust and blockage on the microphone port (located near the connection between the battery compartment and the C-bridge). Clean it and test the earbuds again.
4. Call quality may be affected by software settings, signal strength, or the surrounding environment. Consider making the call somewhere else.
5. If the other party is having trouble hearing you, try calling someone else to see if the issue persists.
