Firmware updates improve product features and stability. Please keep your speaker's firmware up to date to ensure peak performance.

How to Update Firmware

1. Download the soundcore app

The free soundcore app can be installed on your Android or iOS device from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

2. Pair Motion 300 with the soundcore app, go to settings on Motion 300 page, then press Update Firmware.(If an update is available for your product, the app will display an update message in the product settings menu.)

3. Do not use your phone while the firmware is updating, except if you've set the soundcore app to run in the background.
