Refer to the installation notes from soundcore:

- Keep the earbuds in the charging case and ensure the lid is open.

- Make sure the earbuds have enough power (over 20%).

- Do not use the earbuds during the update.

- Try again if it fails.

- Try updating another device if possible.

- Do not upgrade when there are sources of interference nearby. (e.g., dense Wi-Fi networks, cell phone towers, etc.) and try to upgrade it again.
