The eufy Clean app is a redesigned app that was previously known as the EufyHome app. It is the same app with a new name!
 

3. Is there a Windows or Kindle Fire version of the eufy Clean app?

No. Currently, the eufy Clean app does not support Windows phones and tablets or Amazon Kindle Fire tablets.
 

4. If I would like to connect my eufy RoboVac (WiFi model) to my Alexa device, what is the name of the skill that I will need to enable?

In order to connect your compatible RoboVac model to your Alexa device, please enable the “eufy Clean (EufyHome) - RoboVac” skill in the Amazon Alexa app.
