Sound quality is highly dependent on fit, source quality, and app settings. Working through these steps usually makes a significant difference.

Try different ear tip sizes and ensure a proper fit for a tight seal. If one earbud doesn't feel secure, try mixing sizes (e.g., medium for the left ear, large for the right). A good seal improves sound quality.

Try listening to different types of music and ensure the audio source itself is not distorted or have noise.

Try different EQ modes in the soundcore app. You can also customize your EQ by going to the app > HearID > Default EQ to tailor the sound to your preference.
Enable LDAC in the soundcore app (Settings > Sound Mode > LDAC) for high-resolution audio. Note that increased power consumption and occasional minor audio stuttering in certain environments are normal in this mode.
