Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Put the earbuds in the charging case, close the lid and then open it again.

The left and right earbuds usually pair automatically after the reset with the left earbud flashing slowly while the right side flashes quickly. If not, please try to reset again.
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at maximum volume.
