1. Anker soundcore Space 2 Pro may continue to improve the user experience through firmware updates available in the app. You can update the handphones’ firmware through the soundcore app.

Path: Open the soundcore app, go to “Anker soundcore Space 2 Pro,” tap “Settings” in the upper-right corner > “Firmware Update.” 

During the update:

a. Do not play audio or leave the update screen. Keep your phone screen on.

b. Do not answer phone calls during the update, as this may cause may cause the update to fail.

c. Depending on your phone model and operating system, the update may take about 5 to 10 minutes.

Outdated firmware may cause issues such as stuttering, so we recommend keeping your handphones updated to the latest version.

2. If the firmware update fails, try the following:

a. Keep the headphones connected throughout the update.

b. Keep your phone connected to a stable network.

c. Keep the soundcore app open during the update.

d. Do not play audio or use the headphones for other functions during the update.

e. If the issue continues, close and reopen the soundcore app. On Android devices, you can also clear the app cache if needed.

f. Try the firmware update again.
