1. If you are using an iOS device, LDAC is not supported.

2. If you're using an Android device that supports LDAC in the system Bluetooth settings, go to the soundcore App > More Settings > Sound Mode > Tap "Sound Quality Priority (LDAC)," enter the LDAC firmware download screen, and follow the prompts to download and install the firmware. Then, enable LDAC.

3. LDAC cannot be enabled simultaneously with AI Sound Enhancement, Dolby Audio, or Multi-Device Connection. They must be turned off first.
