Adaptive mode automatically detects your surroundings and adjusts the sound profile accordingly, ranging from Transparency mode to strong ANC. If you are in a quiet environment, Adaptive mode may switch to Transparency mode to keep you aware of your surroundings. In this case, you may not notice any noise cancellation, which is normal.
