Why do I hear some noise in soundcore Liberty 5 Pro Max's Transparency mode?

1. First, check whether the noise only occurs in Transparency mode or if it is also present in Normal or ANC mode. If it only happens in Transparency mode, it is likely caused by ambient sound being picked up, which is normal.

2. Transparency mode amplifies surrounding sounds so you can better perceive your environment. As a result, faint background noise that you might not usually notice can become audible.

3. A slight, constant noise is normal. However, if the noise is loud enough to interfere with normal use, the product may be defective—please contact customer support.

4. If you are not using ear wings, your ears or hair may brush against the microphones in Transparency mode, creating friction noise. Try adjusting how you wear the earbuds to reduce this effect.
